CNC cast milling made easy: MX boronite

MX boronite also relies on the proven quick-change interface to offer the easiest handling. The CBN-tipped milling tool is ideal for machining powder metal as well as hardened steel and cast iron. CBN (cubic boron nitride), the second hardest material after diamond, offers significantly less tool wear compared to other cutting materials. The solid carbide disc with tipped-CBN, offers excellent stability to achieve best flatness and dimensional accuracy. This is essential when machining hardened steel with a hardness of 60 HRC or more.
