The Formlabs Form Wash delivers consistent, thorough cleaning of 3D printed parts. Controlled solvent agitation reliably removes residual resin from the surface. After the preset wash cycle, parts are automatically lifted out of the wash solution and can dry immediately — for a repeatable, clean post-processing workflow.

Smooth surfaces with crisp details

Formlabs SLA technology produces parts with fine surfaces and clearly defined edges. Even small features and delicate geometries are reproduced consistently with detail resolution down to 50 µm, without clearly visible layer lines.

Excellent mechanical properties

The thermosets and engineering plastics used are designed for industrial applications. They offer stiff, durable performance for functional parts as well as soft elastomers with high tear strength for cushioning or flexible applications.

Fully dense, isotropic parts

Printed parts deliver uniform strength in all directions and are fully dense. This makes them suitable for water- and airtight applications where media-resistant, reliable parts are required.
