HAAS DC-1

EMCO MAXXTURN 25

HAAS DT-2

The DT-2 is a compact high-speed boring/ tapping center with extensive milling functions. The high-performance tapered spindle with in-line direct drive facilitates fast thread tapping. Thanks to a side-mounted, high-speed tool changer, this machine with its 20 magazine slots keeps non-production time short, while the high axle acceleration further shortens cycle times and reduces idle time still further.

Become a productionmechanic or polymechanic at URMA

The specialists of tomorrow are trained at URMA. We place great value on a high-quality training path for our budding polymechanics. We therefore provide our apprentices with two advanced CNC-controlled machines for training purposes. The TM-1P and the TL-1 from HAAS, as well as the EMCOMAT FB-3 and 20D from EMCO are ideal for gathering practical experience on lathe machines.

TM-1P

The TM-1P uses standard SK-40 tools, which are easy to learn and easy to use. They are therefore ideal for use in apprenticeships and ongoing training or as an entry-level model for your production facility. This HAAS lathe also features an automatic tool changer with 10 magazine slots and a high-speed spindle.

TL-1

The HAAS TL-1 is easy to operate and is thus ideal for beginners and apprentices. It can be powered from a 1-phase or 3-phase supply and is a cost-effective alternative to conventional lathes.

Honing

With the RH reamhone, URMA offers a combined honing tool for precision machining. By integrating reaming and honing in a single tool, the RH reamhone is ideal for reliable bore machining in-house.

Milling

The proven, high-precision URMA RX quick-change interface is one of the core technologies found in URMA milling systems. The one-off compensation of axial run-out errors on the machine side, by means of a simple adjustment mechanism, guarantees perfect axial run-out without the need for subsequent correction when changing blades. The multi-bladed milling disc made of solid carbide offers maximum stability and rigidity.

Reaming

URMA stands for clever and innovative tool solutions in the field of bore machining: its globally unique, interchangeable head modular systems enable cutting edge changes in the µm range within seconds. Yet with no need to readjust the concentricity. Thanks to the constant precision and long service life, process reliability is guaranteed at all times.

Drilling

URMA high-performance drilling tools are highly efficient, application-specific special drills that significantly optimize your processes and reduce machining times. The drills are made of solid carbide and achieve twice the feed rate with a low feed force.

Burnishing and deep rolling

Roller burnishing and deep rolling enable a striking smoothness of the surface to be achieved on the one hand and also significantly increased service life and operational stability.
