The Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W is an industrial SLS 3D printer designed for use directly in production. Its 30 W ytterbium fiber laser quickly and consistently sinters nylon and TPU powders into functional parts. Printed parts offer high strength, isotropic mechanical properties, and a fine surface finish.

Combined with the Fuse Sift post-processing station and an optional inert gas environment, it creates a clean, closed-loop workflow from powder preparation through powder recycling. This helps reduce part cost, shorten cycle times, and increase the availability of SLS 3D printing in production.
