Fuse Sift is designed as a compact, enclosed powder management system. HEPA filtration and negative pressure keep powder inside, while still providing easy access to the work area and making cleaning and maintenance straightforward.
Efficient material use
Fuse Sift collects unsintered powder, filters out debris, and prepares material for subsequent print jobs. Thanks to the high reusability of SLS materials, you can work with up to 80% recycled powder content and significantly reduce material waste.
Automatic powder mixing
Used and new powder are automatically dispensed, mixed, and stored in Fuse Sift. This keeps your powder supply organized, reduces manual steps, and ensures a stable, repeatable SLS 3D printing workflow.
