Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), also known as Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF), is a 3D printing method in which a thermoplastic filament is heated, extruded, and deposited layer by layer.
FDM is cost-effective, robust, and compatible with a wide range of materials – ideal for functional prototypes and simple end-use parts.
Applications: housings, fixtures, prototyping, small-batch manufacturing.
