Rz (Roughness Value)

Rz is the average height difference between the highest peaks and the deepest valleys of a surface over a measured length. Unlike Ra, which represents the arithmetic mean roughness, Rz accounts for extreme deviations, providing a more accurate description of pronounced surface irregularities.
