A modular tool clamping system is a flexible clamping setup composed of interchangeable components, allowing precise mounting on the machine. Tools can be individually adjusted to the optimal length by extending or reducing the interface length.
URMA offers two modular systems:
- Alpha Interface: A screw system that reliably transmits high axial forces.
- Beta Interface: A flexible side-clamping system that defines the insert orientation and is compatible with ABS and ABS-N.
